There hasn't been an official English release of either TMM or MMP, though you can find fansubs online. Outside of the (expensive, not subtitled) official Japanese DVDs, you'll occasionally find people illegally selling fansubs on eBay.

ultramarine lorikeets don't look quite exactly like that... search "vini peruviana" on Google Images for some references. but mint still looks real cute and the pic is great!

Well, the search term I did, "ultramarine lorikeet," came up with pictures that look like what I did - I mean, there's not much resemblance between PPG style and anything anyway.

Strangely enough, I've never like the PPG show. As cute as it is for fanart, I don't like watching a cartoon in the style, don't like the characters, villains, etc.
