I work from home nowadays so I can tend to my baby myself (you won't believe how many horror stories there are here about baby casualties in nurseries and inflictions by nannies). Plus, my family lives overseas and my in-laws are stationed out of the country; so most of the time, I go commando on it. It's a huge distraction, but in some ways you'll learn how to adjust
