Okay, so because I am currently far too obsessed with Benedict Cumberbatch films and series, I thought I would draw this piece, just to highlight my favourite iterations of the actor.We have:
Sherlock from BBC's Sherlock series
Smaug's Eye from Desolation of Smaug
Doctor Strange from the MArvel Cinematic Universe
The Grinch from the THe Grinch 2018.
I am so pleased with how this turned out. The characters seem dynamic, I think the fabric turned out great and I managed to do scales and fur properly. My favourite part has to be the eye though . . . it took me ages to colour each individual scale!

Seems like he stole your heart in all of his forms
It's a great idea showing a few of his roles even though I was confused with the Grinch, because he has a different voice in German and I could only think about Jim Carrey as Grinch.
I like how you varried the expressions here. Sherlock looks very soft and adorable with his cute smile. his hair looks perfectly messy and I like how his scarf is falling down.
The eye of Smaug is incredible, the way you have drawn the scales, the horns and of course the texture in his eye.
Strange looks also adorable, it's nice how you added all the details like the book, and also that magical spell circle. Seems like the cloak wants to leave the picture
The Grinch looks perfectly grumpy with that crooked mouth. and the way you shaded him makes him look so fluffy, like he was in the movie!
I also like how you added different patterns for the backgrounds, these are some pretty nice details as well. Good job

Yes he did. And, it's because of him I've been watching the Grinch long past Christmas time.
I really dislike the Jim Carrey version of the Grinch and that movie. It's funny, but it lacked the heart that the new one has.
Thank you so much! I was really trying to get some different facial expressions and poses here, so I'm happy that it worked and that you noticed it. I also was very happy with the way that Sherlock's hair turned out.

I used the DVD cover I have as a reference for the fur and the face. The fur was a little tricky, but it turned out better than expected!
