That's not what I meant. I want to use donate but I can't figure out the URL. I've tried going on another account and donating to me to get the URL but it just directs to my page. Is there no specific donate URL you can set up, similar to the 'note me' where they just have to type the message and click send? [i know this did work before but haven't tested it recently]

Sorry to be a pain again, but when I add in all my URLs, the two custom buttons have their name at the top instead of the bottom. I tested it out without putting in the URLs, and it worked fine. Once I put them all in, it messes up.Β

Okay, I've isolated the problem (I think). It switches from the top to the bottom when I'm filling out this part:Β
When I input the URL in the first spot, nothing changes. If I click on the link, it takes me nowhere. As soon as I put the URL that I want in the second URL space, it puts the title at the top of the little icon thing. It isn't my title that is creating the error.Β
Both custom links that I have put in direct to pages on deviantart, so is that why it is going wrong? [I've noticed the coding is different for the custom and non-custom codes].Β
Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I don't understand the coding all that much. Only enough to figure out that something is going wrong T.T

I would suggest that you read some tutorials on coding, then. It's HTML and CSS; CSS for the most part. =SimplySilent has written a great and easy to follow beginner's guide on journal skins. Also, ^ginkgografix 's gallery is something you don't want to miss as CSS information goes. Not to forget w3.org which contains pretty much every information on the use of CSS. Last but not least, when you hit a bump and can't get around it no matter what, just ask a coder to lend you a hand.
If you don't want to code it yourself, you can find someone else to do it for you, usually in exchange for points or money. I'll tell you, though, it's not that difficult if you are willing to put some time into it. I have started only four months or so ago myself. It's very rewarding to make design as well as code.
