I imagined a scenario in SCP: Containment Breach that would render the game unbeatable: a scenario where you are unable to disable the remote door control system. The way the doors that lead directly into SCP-079 's room open incompletely is the same way that the door to the electrical room would respond when the player attempts to open it. While the chances of this event occurring are slim, the possibilities of it being included in a randomly-generated map seed are still there; the player may or may not be able to get a Gate A or Gate B ending.

If the player is within the vicinity of the electrical room, this sound clip would play.
(Transcript: "I will remain in control of this facility, and there is no way that you can stop me. The room that contains the remote door control system is now inaccessible for anyone who attempts to enter it.")
