Blimps don't work underwater (or without proper ballast) anyway due to a significant (more than 800X difference in density) difference in density. Β A bag with a volume of a person and a half of plain air is enough to lift a ton or so of concrete underwater to the surface fairly fast. Β By the way, sharkboy is back.
