I got the idea after that "Double Date" episode in TTG! I know it's just a kids show with silly jokes, but I like to look for a deeper meaning to things (even though it might not be intentional. HA).
I figure the voice in Robin's head is kind of ...bad for him. I mean he said it himself... HE SHOULD WORRY ABOUT THE VOICE IN HIS HEAD! All these negative thoughts about self worth and what not is why he acts so crazy and superior to others. The only good thoughts he might have are of Starfire, but even then... the voice seems to belittle it.
....OR YOU CAN TAKE IT AS THE NARRATOR AND STARFIRE HAVING A MOMENT. I DON'T KNOW. xD What would you call that ship anyways?

My new ship is Star & the Voice. It was just too perfect. The unexpectedness, the absurdity, the everything. I never had anyone in particular in mind to be with Starfire (I just hated RobStar, just too clichΓ© for me) but now, thanks to TTG... I've found the perfect match.
StarVoice shall live on in my heart 5-eva!!!

I really like the new series and I find it awesome you got this amazing piece from 'Double Date'
I could seriously see this as an episode from the old series. After Robin suffers from an anxiety attack, the team delves into his mind and experience all these subjects here. Help strengthen him, the team and his relationship with Starfire.

I know my nerd is showing here but with all the laughter I couldn't help but think the voice in his head was the Joker imprint put into his psyche during the flashback in Batman Beyond Return of the Joker. I often try to reconcile the old Teen Titans show with the rest of the old DCAU so that's just my interpretation. Take it for what it's worth.
That being said...JESUS! Poor Robin's having a mental meltdown and it made me think of the freakin' Joker! Considering how light-hearted most of your other pics are this threw me a huge curveball. I still love it though.

This is amazing, I love the way you drew Starfire and her pose, and Robin's expression really shows his confusion well. I can totally imagine this happening in an episode ^^.

This makes me sad D: Makes me think of the episode "Haunted" and all the things Raven saw when she tapped his mind and all his illusions. That episode was so painful to watch him spiral into insanity and even build up to threaten his teammates for 'getting in his way' (but it was simultaneously one of the best episodes). Love your coloring job on this
