This is an entry for the PUPA challenge of ArtChrysalis

This month the reference photo was kindly provided by Ptero-Pterodactylus

After a long pause, finally a pupa challenge entry again from my side! For this, I started to use new watercolour paper and... I did not like it very much. The paint easily started to bloom (I never had this strong of an effect with other paper) and especially the black paint behaved weird. So I decided to paint the foreground with gouache to have more control. I opened my gouache colour box just to see that they caught mold...Is this some kind of protest against me because I did not use them for several months? At least the colours I needed were still were mold free. On top of it I added the bubble again with watercolour.
