There's a guy up in Canada who makes custom parts for Transformers, usually guns but sometimes custom heads and such. I've ordered stuff from him over the years, and they tend to be pretty high quality. Wait time's gotten horrible lately, but he's doing all of this on his own, so that cuts him plenty of slack.
