This particular one made my day, the others look great too. Nice work all together, I'd be a fool not to add to favourites!

I always call step 6 "spot highlights". Seriously impressed by that final gummy bear! The ground shading is just perfect.

The shading on the lollipop might be too rough, sugar jellies and gummy bears are flawless though

the light that reflects, or "bounces", off an object and/or feature of an object and hitting something (in this case another part of the candies). Another way to explain it is to curl the first two knuckles of your fingers (so they're "hanging" in front of your palm) and point the palm at a light source. Assuming you don't have any other sources of light, look at the shaded side of the fingers and you should notice some subtle lighting on them. That is the light bouncing off your palm and onto the pads of the fingers. (I hope this wasn't too confusing...)

i'm uncomfortable with how real those candies look, makes me feel like they're sticking out of my monitor. You must have worked really hard to get this good!

Wow, this is so helpful! Thank you so much, I'll definitively follow it when I find some spare time.
PS- I'm seriously craving some Twizzlers right now. And to play Candy Crush.
