Description Click on that button and select individual origins. Here's another cheat sheet

Active Elememt: This will Stretch and rotate around the last object selected

Median point: This will calculate the center of all selected objects and R/S (Rotate/Stretch) around it

Individual Origin: This will R/S Each object individually

3D Cursor: This one use the cursor as the center for R/S

Bounding box center: This one is will take all vertex into account and use the median point to R/S. not to be confused with median point which ignores where the vertex are and instead uses the objects origin.

Forget about the rest for now you only need median point for now. The most used actually.

You're lucky you get this free. I had to guess. Happy Blending! ^ ^

Lol,I AM,a noob,after all. xD
Sorry but I'm not a native speaker, and I don't live in a country where English is spoken often,so expressing my thoughts could be a big problem. And,this geometric thingy isn't easy for me to understand, not even in my mother tongue, lol. xD

Just try to see everything you can as made up of Squares. Imagine "If i only hade to pick out a limited amount of points in an object where would i put them?" or "what would that look like if I wrap it with chiken wire very tightly?" Questions like that helped me out what I started.

Don't worry about not being able to express yourself, I'm good at deducting what people think. So if you can't translate something yourself just use Google translate. If you don't understand a word I use don't be afraid to ask, because google translate does have some flaw.

You're from vietnam right? I had a friend who was born there, his name was truc, pronounce something like tzcheh or something hard. I think i was the only guy at school that manage to say his name right ever.

ROFL. Trust me,Google translate sucks when it comes to converting English to Vietnamese and vice versa. xD That site's the last thing I need help from.
It's not that I'm that bad at English. Just that there are certain aspects that I don't know well enough to understand, since I don't learn subjects in English, other than the English subject, lol. (those subjects like maths,geographic,chemistry,...etc. You know, subjects with words that are too complex for foreign people. )
And yes,I'm from Vietnam. The guy's name is not that hard to pronounce.^^~
