Very long time ago, I saw anime where the children ran away from the crazed robot of a woman, she also turned out to be without a hand ... this art reminded me of it. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the anime.

Well to be fair, it's easy to see the cuteness from just a picture with no dialogue....seeing something like her walking up to you, with one hand aimed at your throat, while she consistently glitches and mixing up her pre-programmed dialogue, I highly doubt that she wants a hug at that point.
