lol, I used to like this show when I was a kid XD It still has some fascination for me but when I read that Filmation was going to try and make the movie adaptation as a cartoon i always wondered what the cartoon would have turned out like...would it have been anything like this series was? Haunted phones and computers and would the Ecto-1 have like been haunted and talked? hmmmmm...

Well, at least the way I think a "New Millenia Reboot" of Filmations Ghostbusters should be made.

Nice homage to that classic 80s show. Tracey the gorrilla rules. (Gatta love how he has such a "non-gorilla" sounding name.)

I admitedly prefer the "Real Ghostbusters" toon, but after watching the "other" Ghostbusters on Wii Netflix streaming, it's actually a pretty good show of it's own.

Interesting how you managed to associate Danny Phantom Trivia with the Filmation Ghost Buster cartoon... I always associated him with the mainstream Ghostbusters...

wouldn't that make for an interesting face-off, the Fentons (and Danny Phantom) vs the "real" Ghostbusters (and slimer)...

ah yes, the Filmation GhostBusters
the reason why the movie-based RubySpears cartoon had to be called "the Real GhostBusters" despite the fact that the Filmation cartoon was based of an older cartoon that actually predated the movie, so the "real" part is therefore quite questionable
