Yes, it's Chai's (long-awaited :3) ref for his 'Chu form!
BIOGRAPHICAL STUFF:
Chai is originally a fox-like animal who has been turned into a Pikachu for reasons to be announced (in TTW :3). His human age would be 16 years. He retained a few of his fox characteristics, such as his animal instincts, his white fur on his chest, white hair/highlights on the tips of his hair and tailfur, white pads on the insides of his paws and feet, etc. He dons a pair of silver goggles instead of his trademark necklace. Chai is somewhat in-touch with nature and mostly with his element, earth; because of this, Chai has a few Rock- type powers. (WILL UPDATE THIS WHEN I HAVE MORE TIME xDD)
TECHNICAL STUFF:
Gender: Male
Human Age: 16 years
Mate: Ariel
Current Moveset: Thunderpunch, Agility, Thunderbolt, Iron Tail
Extra Move: Rock Blast (due to Earth element)
