Appearance: A Yellow tadpole Keronian wearing a blue hat identical to the one Omimi wears, with the difference that the star symbol is blue in color as opposed to white. She has yellow eyes that are the same as Keroro's in shape and appearance, and black star markings on her wrist that's usually active. She wears a blue skirt that looked to be quite large on her around the waist, like it can drop at any time if she doesn't hold on to it or doesn't have a belt with the skirt reaching just below her knees. She starts wearing a multiple metal looped belt to use with her powers to keep her skirt up. She's usually seen with her hands on her skirt to present it from falling down.

In human form If she ever obtains one. Kipopo usually wears a yellow sweatshirt with her symbol on the right symbol emblazoned on the right hand side of her shirt and her blue skirt, which is still a bit big on her. She does where underwear under her skirt but does her usual routine when the skirt does drop.

Powers:
Energy Manipulation: Although young for her age, she can manipulate her energy to attack and defend herself (Although small initially.) In emergencies, she can actually make a large disc and throw it or even attack with a large energy sword.
*Gravity Properties: An energy elemental she inherited from her father, Mekaka. Her energy can make her body light enough to float, sometimes the energy fly. However, she's not good at manipulating things and often somethings attached to the ceiling that isn't secure properly will crash to the ground- as well as her skirt. Her temper also has the ability to make her enemies float up and hit the ceiling.

Personality: Kipopo is actually a very shy girl. She would normally hide behind a tree, her parents, her cousins, or even behind someone she likes. She seems to be quite easily embarrassed, especially if she loses her skirt she inherited from her mother. She'd almost immediately cover the region with her free hands when she does lose her skirt if she's doing something. However, she does take off her skirt she should need to use the Restroom, take a bath, swim, or going to bed. Other than that, she doesn't cause any mischief, is quite lively in a conversation and is a little confident with her abilities. She's also loyal to her friends, and just as caring and knows her manners. She appears to enjoy being in water and loves to go swimming. She surprisingly has a loud voice if anyone needs her to have her attention and just as surprising, can be rude when she yells. And incredibly odd enough, she has a trigger that if he skirt ends up getting damaged, she actually goes after the one who damages it and knocks him out with ferocious accuracy effectively.

Her Personality in a nutshell: Shy, sociable (only when talking to her), a bit of a water girl, nice to many, loyal, caring, surprisingly loud when she needs to be and knows her manners quite well. She also has one heck of a temper if her skirt ends up getting damaged.

Back Story:
Before having their eggs being laid, her mother, Omimi decided that if she was going to have children, she'll name the first child. To her surprise, and Mekaka's too, She was going to name two children instead of one. Before the day she was going to lay their eggs, she headed off to the Niji Platoon base to meet her brother and meet her Niece, Domimi. She decided to stay over at her brother's place... only to be in labor in her brother's home in Alien Street the next day when the two plan on having a second child and already done the reproductive cycle. After calling Shiroro to assist, Omimi laid the twins' eggs.

Being around the same time as her Fraternal Twin brother and Hatched at the same time as said brother and her Cousin, Shibibi, Kipopo nor her brother wasn't named yet. However, after her mother took them to have them examined... or at least have some help naming them by Jake, he named the brother Hakaka (Which is from Mint) and the sister Kipopo (Coming from Buttercup)

Kipopo spends most of her time with her mother, Omimi, but Omimi noticed that Kipopo gets cold more easily than she does, and acts more like her father, Mekaka. She remembers that since Kipopo's gene was more from Mekaka than her own, which means that she becomes more easily chilly like her father. It became more clear when was being toilet trained, she actually spends most of her time hiding in a blanket and when she needed to go to use the restroom, she tries to go as fast as she is able to, as she would start to shiver a bit and even cover her lower regions where her skirt would eventually be, before and after she goes. Only one time her hands were soaked with urine and was embarrassed and that was a day after her 4th birthday.

On her 5th birthday (alongside Hakaka and Shibibi) Omimi gave Kipopo her skirt she wore during her childhood (When she became 11) Problem is it was too big for her and it usually slides down consistently and thus making her show more traits she got from Mekaka. (More noticeably, the behavior when her skirt drops and when she covers it up the area between her legs.) She is seen usually trying to hold the skirt up.

Other than that, she seems lead a normal life... to at least her family's eyes.

Medical History:
She seems to become more chilly than others as she seems to become colder, even when a bit of a small breeze of air goes against her. Other than that, she seems to be normal. Her blood Type is O-.
