This is Omimi. And here's her bio:

Name: Omimi

Gender: Female

Age: 10 Keronian years old. (Call it human years for now)

Height: 1ft 8 inches (Omnini's 2 ft, so an average Keronian height. She has still time to develop.)

Appearance: White skin with a black outline on her to make sure she is not to be confused with an adult or child Keronian. (She is a child at this point.) Hat similar to Dororo, but blue in color. The Symbol is a White star with wings.

Powers: Energy. She can summon White energy on her hands and feet to give a boost while in combat. However, she has no control over it, so she might end up summoning too much energy, which could drain her. She got her powers during an incident involving Kururu experimenting on her unintentionally. Omnini immediately rescued her. It is noted that both siblings may respect Kururu, but has a great dislike of him.

Personality: She cares for all for friends, and will do anything for them, if she believes if it is in her limits. She has a tendency to be hyperactive and childish. Despite her childish behaviors, she truly cares deeply for her older brother. She also slowly adopts part of Pururu's personality later on as she grows up. She tends to be very Impressionable when she likes certain quotes. She censors herself with certain quotes. Sometimes, she might have random nosebleeds on certain boys at certain situations, issuing a start of a crush on someone. Depending on how big the crush... you get the idea.

Favorite Quote: "I saw weird stuff in that place last night...Weird, strange, sick, twisted, eerie, godless evil stuff... And I want in!" Omnini: "WTF??"

Dislikes: Embarrassing herself, Water (She's afraid of being near it due to an incident while learning how to swim. The incident: She was a child in a swimming pool. What would you think would happen if she needs to go, badly? She let's it out. Sad to say, She would've died of embarrassment basically.) failing to help friends. Being flirted with, being bullied, starts to cry when being laughed at, and being experimented on due to the incident she obtained her powers.

Back story: When Omimi was around 1, her parents was attacked by a horrible monster. Only herself and her brother remained. Omnini and Omimi soon was moved to an orphanage. A little while later, Omimi soon was diagnosed with hypoglycemia, and Omnini was forced to flee the Orphanage with Omimi when they couldn't afford the doctor or money to help them. They soon meet Dororo and they were helped by Dororo, and his mother, as well as Pururu. They were forever indebted to them, and was soon taken in by Dororo's family and Pururu, adding the -sama honorific to Dororo and Pururu. They soon met the entire Keroro Platoon, Garuru, and many others as they discover their powers. They soon returned back to the jungle later on to defeat the monster that killed their parents and claimed their inherited weapons their parents left behind for them. They now are Grade D Invaders that were previously Grade A invaders, but were demoted due to their mischievous behavior. She also has a big crush on Tamama, but she doesn't know she's too young for him. She also appears to be rather fond of animals, mostly dogs and cats.

Medical History: She was diagnosed with Hypoglycemia, but was cured thanks to Pururu. Her Blood Type is A-, unlike her brother who is O-.

Future: Eventually, Both Omnini and Omimi encounter the spirits of their parents and reunite. Omimi also finally controls her powers and made sure to not to lose control of it. 5 Keronian years after finding the spirits of her parents, Omimi graduates the Keronian school as a Private 2nd Class, and soon was able to use Energy orbs, like her brother.

During the events of the story, Omimi went under Emotional distress after seeing her friends fight, and she loses control of her power and her energy exits her body. The Energy has a massive amount of power, which is equivalent of to Mois' 1/1 Hellmagedon. Her power was stopped by Omnini's joint effort with Mois to overpower the energy to make it go back into Omimi. After resting and hearing her friends' concern, she gains the fear of losing control again and destroying everything and everyone she holds dear. She soon then has to decide whether to return back to Keron to complete her training, or stay with her friends and train with them. She chose to stay with them, after meeting someone who knew how she feels. She also brings along her fond of animals and in comedic situations, actually distracts Pete and a certain three headed dog.
