I rarely do WIPs because, habitually, I know that I am never going to finish them. It's a terrible habit of mine, but, hey, at least I know it exists I really do want to finish this up, though, so maybe I can push myself a little more and just do it.

I drew this piece up on a night that I was actually feeling surprisingly lonely and sad. I kept thinking "Geez, I just want a hug..." and, well, this sprang to mind. I'm not sure if Syd really is bigger than my fursona or not, but they're close enough in size here that I think I can get away with this. I don't draw a lot of huggy pieces, so I'm really happy with this... and, darn it, it just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy like a good hug should

I still need to find a way to put in their tails and make the image more 'complete' before I can go on to coloring and shading it.

Hopefully it'll turn out nicely
