ye, u could do that using any tablet. the trick was i used pattern overlayed on the background. then i also used lighting effects just to make it more good.

i just shaded it and added some patterns. also blur is a lit bit.

Oh, this is beautiful! Lovely job on the colors, shading, and etc. The only thing I have to really critique is the "su" in "daisuki." It looks a bit odd to me. It consists of the Kanji for woman and child. The child Kanji looks fine, but the Kanji for woman is a bit off. It should look like this: 女 and when combined with child, like this: 好. But, I digress, when it comes to personal handwriting, I'm sure there are a few Japanese out there who write the Kanji for "suki" like that.
