Offshore Pearls est une jument très sensible. Déjà, à pied, impossible de la brosser sans qu'elle ne se dandine dans tous les sens... Il faut prendre des brosses très douces et y aller très doucement. Elle est surtout très sensible au niveau de la tête; des oreilles plus précisément. On ne sait pas ce qu'elle a eut par le passé, mais il en est qu'il est impossible de lui mettre un filet sans provoquer la panique totale ! Elle est alors montée avec un mors Meroth; pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas, c'est un mors simple fait d'une lanière de cuir qui s'attache à la mâchoire à l'aide d'une fermeture en cuir. Il n'y pas de montants, juste ce mors en cuir qui permet la décontraction... Pour les connaisseurs, Luciana Diniz l'a utilisé avec son cheval As Taro en Grand prix. Bref. Montée, c'est une bosseuse. Elle travaille au mieux et reste concentré la plupart du temps; sauf quand elle a ses chaleurs, là, elle n'y arrive plus du tout et devient plus récalcitrante. On la laisse donc au repos pendant ce temps là. Dynamique et volontaire, elle est intelligente et comprends vite ce que l'on veut d'elle. Par contre, étant sensible, si vous la montez mal ou trop durement... Bah vous êtes où ?! Oh, oui, voilà, AU SOL ! J'vous avais prévenu.. Pas assez tôt ? Zut alors ! (:

Oh, and, don't forget, when you'll own her, that she's ONLY ride in Meroth bit; she's very very sensitive, at all stage, so, you need to ride her with a meroth bit; she can't handle a complete bridle ^^
