Also before you guys start to ship, the Espeon and Umbreon are siblings, sorry UmbreonXEspeon shippers heh...heh...(oh by the way this whole comic series is all going to be hand drawn so some of the pages with the characters would look a bit different by the ears, eyes, e.c.t. I've thought about drawing an elderly male Espeon. Is there a gender difference between Eevee and it's evolutions like there is with Alakazam and it's male and female sprites, mainly the length of their mustache.

I don't really think there is a gender differences for Espeon (or any of the eeveevoultions) I can double check if you want

So I actually search up "does Espeon have a gender difference?" and nothing really says about anything of any gender difference so you should be fine drawing your Espeon in any shape or form :3
