The Toa Nuva year and the Bohrok year were my favorite parts of Bionicle. Although I did like the Piraka too.
Onua's thing about not being able to balance is an obscure joke. 'Cause you know, you see him picking up these giant boulders--I have no doubt that he can-- but with an armspread as small as his is, how does he keep it balanced? He would be wobbling all over the place, trying to hang on to it. This problem would be magnified as a chibi, with the addition of his giant head and even smaller arms.
But that's my weird sense of humor for you.
