Anyway, I liked the ending quite well, and I think this art sums it up well. Sure, the Matoran Universe is toast, but can you honestally name any other toyline / TV Show for kids that ended in this fasion? Greg has done something that no other writter has done for that kind of audience: he gave them something never intended for them. Rather, he gave those following it since the start one of, in my oppinion, the best endings I have ever witnessed in comics. You guys can rant all you want (I'm being serious; you can express yourself as much as you want, rant's a little harsh though), but I will never forget this story.

Actually, I do agree with you. I think BIONICLE thus far is the only story of this kind where I totally did not expect the ending. I still feel bad for all those Toa- they tried so hard!- but this'll still be my personal favorite of all stories in this genre.

Lukara's parents were masacared during a war. It could've been the work of Teridax, whilst some say it could've been the work of a strange shadowy being with a kanohi Avohkii that has been known to be apearing near Le-koro.
U probably feel sorry for Lukara right now.

I'm actually doing a BIONICLE fan fiction set just about the same time.
It's about my OC, Lukara, who was born on the day Teridax took over the universe. Then, 21 years later, we see him today fighting Teridax's Vahki swarms.
You'll hear more about it soon.

Mine's a comic, and it takes place a couple years after Teridax takes over. A dimension-hopping secret agent and two homeless kids go on a mission to alter the timelines of this universe and a parallel one whose destinies got switched around. Sounds confusing, and it is a little, but it takes a while to explain.
Hopefully I can get the first issue uploaded soon!

Hmmm... I've been thinking of what the Toa would do whilst the story takes place on another planet. I'll read the proper stories later in BionicleStory.com, but I'll have a guess.
I have a feeling that they might have to seek the help of the great beings, or find an entity with a particular skill that can... I don't know...fight Makuta as a universe?
Anyways, can't wait for the story to develop. AND the movie!!!!! XD
