Yeah, and then right when you're wondering what's gonna happen to all those poor Toa and Matoran, we switch to an alternate universe! Maybe Lego thinks it's a cliffhanger, but two years or more is way too long to wait.
Oh well, that's where fanfics and fancomics come in...

I think it's good that they are getting away from the older story for a bit because it felt it dragged on with the whole mask of life bull. Besides, you have to admit that the newer story does get back to the basics as a reboot.

They are just on another planet. I want an Anime series for Bionicle starting from the 2001 story on to bring the story for the new generation.
