Flowey could tell where Chara was going with their conversation in the previous chapter, and decided to put them in their place... well, attempt to anyway.
Ah, Yes, the great debate of who's to blame for what happened in the past. However, there is something overlooked by the fanbase when talking about this, something rather integral to understanding the past, and where I will be taking this story (at least I've haven't seen anyone bring it up). And that's the simple fact that Asriel/Flowey and Chara do NOT blame each other for what happened in the past. At no point do either of them try to put the blame on each other, instead they just sorta state what happened. But I don't want to give away to much of where I'm going to take this story. I'll just say that I'm only scrapping the surface with what I've just said. There's much more going on then most people realize.
