You can still see cracks on my visage, on this terrible mask, and while it means nothing to you now, I take comfort in still yearning for those dreams to become true despite becoming jaded by the height of those ambitions."

"I never lied. I just hoped, and didn't let my knowledge of reality ground these hopes, especially because they helped push you onward. They may still hold for you, but alas....not for a fool such as myself."
