Description So, you know those days when it's reaaaaaaly cold?  Well, shooting radiant fire spheres at the cold really helps!  Just make sure to ... not cause much collateral damage .... and if you're not able to materialize fire out of thin air, don't worry about what I just said!

Trying some more stuff with blues.  And fire.  Because I really like both colors and honestly don't think I work with either enough! Then again...I wish I had the ability to work on more things before I realize I need to wind down for the night...

Anyway, progress on fractals in the near future might be slowed as I shift some focus to trying to work with some 3D a little. Need to do character modelling for the full effect, and I suck at it. so, once I get the whole environment and landscape done (which doubtless will take a bit of time!), I'll need to figure out how the heck to do character modelling...

How does one even MAKE something this beautiful?!

Lots of practice, lots of experimentation, some luck...and apart from that, your guess is as good as mine

and I love the dark parts too, brings a wonderful contrast with it.

As I said in an earlier comment, I think the dark part is virtually necessary to make the image have a point of contrast / interest.  It would hardly be as dynamic without dark parts

The focus and the movement are both incredible! It's as though the sphere of fire is progressing directly at the viewer. Beautifully done!

To be honest, as much as I like the fire, I really love the areas of the image with blue tones.  Without them, the fire itself wouldn't be as strong of an element as it is. And yet, I think the blues really could be given more justice, but they're just not structurally dense enough to do as much as I would have liked.

Still, I'm happy with the result.  Thanks for the comment
