Thought it was about time that I did these guys again [link] , and if I do say so myself, I think this is a vast improvement compared to before.

Narashi served as the female leader of F.A.S.T. An example being the elimination of several high ranking elite Saiyans and their subordinates that weren't on Planet Vegeta at the time of its destruction

Being of the same alien race as Zarbon, Narashi possess the same kind of transformation as him. But she rarely, if ever, need to use it because of her fighting-style. While most fighters who have gained access to their Ki-energy, use it to fire beams or highly explosive projectiles, Narashi instead uses it to form blades, whips and buzzsaw like throwing weapons. All of which are perfectly capable of slicing through most materials or opponents, making her able to kill opponents that are physically stronger than her.
