Description
A piece I sculpted for the Degenerates Art Show at the Hodgepodge Coffeehouse in Atlanta.
His name’s Toby.Lots of materials were used: Terra cotta pot, cast-iron pot ring, pine mounting board, wire, propoxy, cloud clay, paperclay, moldable plastic, apoxie sculpt, moss, plastic ferns, feathers, acrylic paint and varnish. The cloud and paperclays were used for lightweight bulk to keep the weight down, and plastic/apoxie sculpt for strength. You can pick Toby up by his head without breaking him, and his teeth (made of the plastic) shouldn’t be able to be broken off without significant force.

THat's awesome dude!!! It looks like a Mario villain for sure! XD Awesome shaping and paint job too! That's a lot of types of clay that seemed to blend rather seamlessly! I've never heard of moldable plastic o_o where to get.
