And you are good at photoshop manipulation. Could you give me an advice or a tip on how to make a face avatar like (na'vi from the new movie)? I mean... what tools would you use?

The hardest part about that is that, unfortunately, I have yet to see the film in question. Though given what I've seen of the trailer, most of your project will end up being done in a 3D modeling software, like Blender. It probably wouldn't be too hard to duplicate the facial effect of an Avatar, but basing off of yourself would be harder. Take a lot of reference photos, and use a lot of source imagery to work with. In my opinion the hardest part would be creating the texture for the coloration, (but colouring I have issues with, need some work myself).
Hope that helps, or if you have any specific questions, let me know.
ps - Grim Fandango rocks!

Although I have little exp in modelling and rendering its not what i had in mind. I would like to transform plain photograph of my face in photoshop... just a fake 3D cartoonish effect, not modelled one
I was thinking liquify tool maybe?

Possibly liquify, or the clone stamp tool.
