So, this will continue into a third 10-page comic... I have way too many ideas for it yet!

The Operators are indeed based on the ICPs from Tron 2.0. It’s my headcanon that programs which have this robot-like appearance, instead of looking like users, are components of the OS. They would be the equivalent of Windows Defender or Windows Firewall.
