in my life as a photographer i have alway sought out texture over smoothness, both optically and subjectally (pardon me while i go get abused by the dictionary people). here though you have expressed such urban manmade perfection... and it's quite refreshing. the first frame i don't quite know what to do with... for some reason as a viewer i got hung up on the thought of "fork" and it won't come out of my mind. the third frame is quite a dichotomy... we have circles composed of squares and squares composed of circles. the second frame is what really gets me, though. something about that perfect bloom off the highlights of the building and the glass, with that unreal shadow casting and the surreal symmetry of the structure... i've seen so many things like this in new-vogue renders and design work that i've become jaded against anything that looks like that, but in this moment i realize how beautiful such subjects can truly be. pardon me, i'll just go drool on that frame some more. i'll clean it up later, not to worry.

hahaha....that is more than fine my friend..just leave it - i will clean it up can i thank you firstly on such a great comment, its always a joy to hear thought and past experience from another....you like it and you have explained why in lovely detail..something i try and do but mostly fail. and secondly for taking the time out of your day to send these thoughts and experiences to me.
i am very grateful indeed. i am very happy that you like it and only hope i can continue producing work that you enjoy. :
take care my friend. ben.

very futuristic, I like the angles, the colour - the sun reflecting on the second structure and the shadows - clean and linear, excellent

i like this one way better than the first one, i too think it looks better without the text.
what is it that they do in this structure? it looks fairly medical/scientific.
( maybe it's the blackmarket storehouse for stolen livers )

wicked piece, i'm glad i got you on my watch

i am really pleased you like this Holly... yeah i have to agree - the text was just duff on the first one - i think its because i'm relativly new to the photography scene that i'm still making those wee silly photoshop mistakes...gradually though.(hopefully) i will leave them behind for smarter, better gimmicks that are more asthetic to the eyes. thankyou my friend once again.

yesss!! i love this.. it's absolutely amazing. i think the fact that it's a compilation more than does justice each photograph posesses its own character, it's own qualities. that first image is definitely wicked, i love the perspective and how the pylons (i think) seem to reach up toward the sky. the second image is stunning as well, with the way in which the light strikes the side of the building and casts a delicate shadow across the wall to complement the rigid grid design upon it. the third image is amazing too...i had to twist my laptop and rotate it in many ways and could not figure out the way it was meant to be seen they look like rows of benches when rotated one way, but have this escher-esque type of quality with the way the floor seems to curve.

definitely awesome work! and being slightly colorblind, bluish tinge was an excellent choice cause blue is one of the only colors i can see with clarity. so it was attractive to me. and i am jealous of your urban photographic skills. i still have yet to master angles definitely a favorite from me, ben! great work! and congratulations on the DD, it's about time... i've been recommending your stuff for a while and they just won't listen to me. so i'm glad they listened to someone else who appreciated your work as much as i do

it is really touching Jen that you think they are good enough to hang on your wall... i just can't imagine anyone doing that...if i do get them printed and you buy one i will have to see a pic of it on your wall...until them i would not believe you. anyway..i hope you had a good weekend. take care. ben.

I LOVE IT!!! Nice addition to the series. This first frame is scary (but mildy erotic, don't ask me why) with the sharpness of those...things. The second frame is stunning. I love the way the shadow plays on the side of the building. The third frame is overwhelming to me in that it makes me feel as though it would be hard to climb and that I'm stuck where I am because I'm too weak to scale it. But it makes me want to try really hard to climb it if only to see what is on the other side. I you.
