A Cuban treefrog I found yesterday while clearing out some brush in our back yard.
In Florida US were supposed to euthanize these guys because they are an invasive species. Which I have a hard time doing because there just so darn cute. So I wanted to take a picture first before... well you know.. lucky for this guy he jumped away and crawled into a hole along our house/fence line and I couldn't get him. 
Anyone living in Florida needs to be educated on our invasive species non-native to Florida. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website keeps an updated list of animals that you should look though with your neighbors, friends and family. D'awww, it looks cute. And I agree, looks like he is posing for the camera. Shame you have to 'euthanize' the poor things... they look innocent.

i love frogs and i want to have some one day
we had one in our pond for years .. well we always have frogs in our pond .. but this one was tamed by my little brother. so if someone went to our pond in summertime and started to croak he croaked back and if there was a hand or foot in the water he often came over and jumped on it. you could even pet him x) and sometimes he also "hugged" our fingers.
the cutest thing ever! but since he didn't stay so long this summer i guess he died or our neighbours cat which is now ours ate him
