This final pinup I had to make earlier today in response to something that happened!

If you're wondering what the two legendary DC beauties above are saying, basically...

Batgirl: "Phew!"

Catwoman: "Congratulations! I've never seen you dodge a bullet before!"

If you're a geek, I'm sure you've already heard? If you haven't, you must have been waiting in DREAD for the supposed "Batgirl" movie we were going to get inflicted with later this year. Why do I put it in such a negative way? I've gone into it before with superheroes being 'swapped' in one way or another to be diverse, inclusive, and for the sake of !representation! Really, seriously, it's all insulting as hell to think there's a problem with a hero who's one ethnicity and that character has to be 'improved' by literally putting someone different in their costume. And need I once again go into how Hollywood doesn't seem to like redheads?

Well, believe it or not, the best possible thing to happen where this damn movie is concerned just did: Current Year "Batgirl" has been shelved, and very likely permanently. That fact alone is amazing considering they spent over 70 MILLION DOLLARS filming it. It must have been horrible in a way that goes beyond "Batwoman" on TV or "Birds of Prey" in the movie houses if David Zaslav took this turkey and roasted it so nobody else would ever see it! Really think about that!

Honestly, the best things to happen to a character are the ones that DON'T happen. Need I remind you of Matt Salinger's "Captain America" film with an Italian(!?!) Red Skull? How about that clunker of a "Fantastic Four" movie from 1994 that was made just so Marvel could keep the rights to their heroes?? This was honestly shaping up to be even worse, and the damned proof is it got cancelled. So if you adore Barbara Gordon as much as I do, breathe a sigh of relief now!
