It came out to stores earlier this month. It was a retailer incentive cover so if you're LCS only orders a couple copies of the issue they probably wouldn't have it, which was the unfortunate case in my area (I looked because I was hoping to see it on the stands). I've seen a few up for sale on ebay though.

sure are! I've constructed all of it accept for the bottom part...how is the bottom supposed to look?

You've constructed it? But it doesn't see print until September (where some basic instructions will be included), how is this possible?
I assume you've traveled in time, so to do the base section you need to cut out both the main base piece and the "E" square (this piece is basically a patch so that the entire bottom will be blue). You match up the slots of the "E" square with the "E" slots on the WHITE side of the base. then you fold the triangular part of the base underneath and put the "E" tabs through the "E" slots. If you've done it right, the whole base should be blue.

oh, lol um, let's see if I can take a pic for u. lol I just put it together after I saved the picture and printed it out. XD;; it was rather easy, the only things that came out looking a bit odd are the corners of the tardis, they were a bit hard to fold. But I have a good grasp on how 3D models are put together through paper crafts, even though I've only done two lol XD;;, so it was fairly easy, I love how detailed it is!
oooh ok, I think I get it, I haven't gotten around to putting the bottom part together yet. lol
(and as for traveling in time, I DO cosplay the 11th Doctor, so that might explain a bit)

The instructions that will be included with the real one is gives the tip to use a metal ruler and hobby knife to very lightly score the folds, that way it makes it much easier to fold the difficult to fold areas.
