Ah yes, one can meet both of my parents now There actually is a bigger cat around here, he'd reach the top of her head easily
It's good to hear from you when you're around, though. Lots of work for you?

Really? what are they? tigers?
Thank you Sebastian yes, been quite busy as of late, but since yesterday I finally am a bit more free
It's because of the Cervantino festival and the Bestiary that I've been so scattered
hopefully I'll post something today and be more active again ^^

Cowardly tigers at best
Tell me again about the Bestiary, if you don't mind...I think you mentioned it before, but I can't remember what it was

Sure, it is the book I was writing; it contains mythical creatures, but the descriptions are written so as to clarify doubts regarding them, along with adding certain details and qualities.
The idea of this bestiary is to describe each creature without the need of preexisting beings. Instead of saying that the (for example) Chimaera has a lion's head and body, dragon's wings, snake tail, etc... the description focuses more of the life it has in literature, where does it appear or about its behaviour, and when speaking of its body parts, it mentions it as having membranous wings, a tail that has a viperesque head, etc... This because the idea of all mythical creatures based on something already known (elephants, hippos, etc...) substracts essence to the imaginary beings. I point this out thanks to the Platonic Idea and essence of things, and also to Gorgias' Escepticism.
Even though there is a lot of research backing it up it is written in a very friendly way, like a novel instead of a scientific dissection.

We call him the "Evil Man" or "The Fat Man" or "The one who likes brekkies/dry catfood (impossible to translate BrΓΆsi)" and of course he is also my secret master in badminton and possibly various other disciplines
