If you're using Windows:
- Download .ani file
- Go to: Start > Control Panel > Mouse
- On the "Pointers" tab under "Customize", select "Normal Select" and click "Browse"
- Locate the .ani file, Apply and OK

Okay, Thanks! Btw, I have a ton of Cursors I just Downloaded like.. maybe 125 .-. A lot of them always end up like... no textures, just Black and white Lines. They are Icons I just checked, how do I change them into an Ani. or Cur. File?
