making of windows 8 vs is not difficult , it's similar to that windows 7 ...just some locations are different.

shell32.dll means not dll file , i means shell32 images,start orbs included in theme , in mordern patch theme resource changer which also included all image resource change in one install , if u get this theme you only need to run setup.exe safer than custom patcher .
