Description
First of all… this is just a Windows XP Interface. It is not designed to function like Windows XP, but only for a website. It was all made with Flash and Fireworks put together – a really bad combination. One is pixel graphic and the other is vector so put together = Mess. The Start Menu is most affected.
The shut down button puts the Flash to a blank screen. Press ENTER to turn it on again.
The deviants list on the start menu is very poorly done, so sorry about that. 
Just that Flash has trouble dealing with pixel graphics. 
And if I spelt your name wrong, that just shows how much I love you, lol. 
Total time spent: 5 days
Finally, copyrights. ^_^ All the coding and images are put together by me but I used the DA emoticons, so…

Sounds good, I was going to something like this before but never got round to it. Quite a big task if you think about all of the things that goes into making an os.

wow, this is amazing indeed .. the flash animation is very responsive with deselecting and hiding and it's simply a creative idea to allow navigation through a website, since pretty much all people using a computer would be able to use it intuitively. there are only a few things I can $spot wrong in the interface, and they're probably not even wrong, but just work differently than I expect. For example, in the start menu, you can only click the symbols to log off, but not the text. de-focusing an object works on the desktop, but not on the welcome screen, and a cool eyecatcher would be, if the little clock icon in the tray bar would actually reflect the current time. the music player is nifty, with different samples and you even linked the help and support centre with the faq

woot so amazing and without any bug it's maybe the first time it happen to me to use windows without enoutering any bug !! lol
like you say those icon are really pixelised ! but it's nice
i think it should be funny if you insert some fake bug inside to get a more real effect like a sudden shutdown and a Scandisk at the beginning who always find nothing !
