Description
First of all… this is just a Windows XP Interface. It is not designed to function like Windows XP, but only for a website. It was all made with Flash and Fireworks put together – a really bad combination. One is pixel graphic and the other is vector so put together = Mess. The Start Menu is most affected.
The shut down button puts the Flash to a blank screen. Press ENTER to turn it on again.
The deviants list on the start menu is very poorly done, so sorry about that. 
Just that Flash has trouble dealing with pixel graphics. 
And if I spelt your name wrong, that just shows how much I love you, lol.

Hmmm... It's pretty decent, and what's done is done quite well, but there seems to be quite a lack of features.
I like how you've done the icon tray especially, and the start menu is done quite nicely too, but just a couple things that bug me are that you can't move the icons around and how you cannot move or resize the notepad window.
Other than that, I think this is quite awesome.

Yes I'm planning it. Doubt if I'll succeed anyway. It's too complex, even for advanced Flash users to use. The JPGs and GIFs are a nightmare to change into plain texts. >_<

For the pixely weirdness problem, make sure everything is aligned exactly to the pixel and only re-size the graphics in fireworks, flash will screw up anything that it has to anti-alias.

I did exact measurements and used hard instead of anti-alias. But the more accurate I get, the more Flash screws up.
