Revamp of chaser. I made him a buffer, taller and whatnot.HE'S BIGGER, FASTER, AND STRONGER TOO!
HE'S THE FIRST MEMBER OF THE-- Ok you get the idea. lol
But seriously, I've been working on this for about 2 to 3 days off and on during the weekend and this morning. My plan is to take this and put it into my reference sheet that I'll be making. However I just wanted to upload this picture.
For some reason I feel like I have gotten better. Which is weird since I haven't been drawing for about....3 months. lolBasically, I changed his appearance a bit along with the symbol on his arm, his physique, his pants, and I removed the earring from his left ear.
Also, I'm gonna start watermarking my images that I definitely do not want people to download. Including this image.

Oh, you definitely have gotten better. I find that sometimes after having had a long break from art, something just clicks and I figure out a new way to draw that helps me get better. Or something.
If he looked like a tough cookie before, he looks like even more of one now.

And yeah, I was working on the torso/arms for a looong time. So I pretty much put a lot of effort into them.

The anatomy on this is great and I LOVE the shading/lighting, especially around the abs and feet. His face could use some darker shadows to match the rest of him, and his elbows could be a smidgen lower (they should sit at the bottom of his ribcage.) Perhaps his neck could be a bit thicker too, around the base of the skull.
Other than that I have no crits. You have improved. I find long breaks from art always helped me in that regard; gives you time to just take stuff in and observe, so you accumulate information to use when you draw next.

The face probably looks weird because it doesn't match the body. Not entirely sure. Or because of the way I drew it.

He seems somewhat wider than before, but I suppose that's to accomodate his more muscular stature.
Anyways, not bad dude. Seems like you're on a roll with redesigning your characters. Some of the recent changes have been a bit more than most would apply to their character, and some are relatively small but still appreciable changes that do not go unnoticed. So, mad props to you for not being afraid to play around with redesigns.

I believe Chaser seems wider is because I drew my characters a bit too skinny. For some reason, my anatomy just greatly improved in this picture. Honestly, this is by far, the best job I have ever done when it comes to drawing Chaser with an someone accurate representation of a muscular build.

Ah, okay, you know that definitely would explain a lot. They always did seem thin to me (which is not at all a bad thing, by the way) but I never thought that'd contribute to why Chaser appears differently to me now in my eyes, in terms of muscular stature.
