Gawd this took awhile...Well anyway this is one for
I worked really hard on this piece and I was just messing around on GIMP.
Finally figured out how to use the layers.I would also like to thank him for faving and commenting on almost all of my pics, which explains why I worked extra hard on this picture.
btw there might be alittle be of blue on tails because of the background.

Oh god no. I wouldn't be able to blend stuff while using it.
I used a program called GIMP. It's free but I think it kinda sucks.
