The rogue Russian general is cornered by the Secret Agent, just in time to stop the nukes...or is it?This was my entry for the Secret Agent Challenge on cgsociety, it was a lot of fun. You can see some progress shots here

a note: For anyone a little insulted that the bad guys are "always the russians." This is a Cold War scenario, and the Cold War = USA and Russia. Whose to say that the Secret Agent himself isn't Russian?

I hate to mention it, but you can find a stop-the-nuke scenario in the singleplayer campaign in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 1 iirc.

What I love most about this picture is that it tells you so much about the preceding moments and the story behind the two characters. You really get the feeling that there is a history here. Wonderful.

it just speaks by itself, all the environment looks so well planned, and just the atmosphere is enough to tell the story. the blood spilling on the screen, the dead russian soldiers, the detonation sequence...

such great work ! it looks as if it should be in a movie, except that the darkness and restraint would probably end up on the cutting room floor. and why not a Russian agent? and is that a gun in the general's right hand ? did he shoot his own men? "you young fool, we must do this, don't you see ? there is no other way..."
