Aw - thank you! We were really slow about working on this - I think a couple times a month or more passed between exchanges. So, I was happy it all pulled together well in the end.

Some of the shadows [like the small balcony under the dome] and the connections could do with more work but I have no idea about how you could achieve that...
The composition is great though, and the whole work has a painted like quality!

Thanks! I'm not exactly sure what you are suggesting to work more on - do you mean making the shadows darker in those areas? Or do you think I need to add more warmth where the light hits (like I did on the floor?) Or maybe you mean something else I've been working to improve on my lighting lately so any critique you have is most welcome!

What I mean is this: the light is coming from different directions, and that makes it look a bit 'surreal', because there's shadows/light at different places/angles. I blame my English for not being able to properly explain better, but if you still don't understand what I mean I could always ask for some help translating
The connections thing is more apparent at where the two white columns connect to the dome, or where the sky's edges blend with it, and where her shadow falls on the column... As I've said though, I have no idea of how you could improve that!
Please don't take any of this wrong, I really like what you've achieved here!

No, no offense taken! I really wanted your opinion, I just wasn't exactly sure what you meant - but now I understand! I see what you mean with the light coming from different angles, I will definitely pay more attention to that in the future. Thank you!
