Dhahabu's life was life of mishaps, such as her and a lion in her pride named Kulaani decided to mate because they were curious, but she regretted it and to save face, lied to Queen Dwala and Prince-Consort Thimba and told them that Kulaani raped her, and landed him in prison, then she had a very difficult pregnancy, and the last thing was when Diku poisoned the whole pride with Gifblaar and Snowdrop, it caused her to go into early Labor, and only one of her four cubs, a Daughter survived the birth, but unfortunately, she didn't survive the birth as the gifblaar was too much, plus all four of her cubs were bigger than her thinner build, causing her to bleed out
