Ok. I colored this beautiful lineart of that can be found here: [link] It was done in GIMP and took about 10 hours or so over many days since I took my time. And as usual done with a mouse.I'm really happy with the colors I used in this.

GIMP is a free program you can download off the internet at [link] It's similar to programs like photoshop, only it's free.
Another program I like that isn't free is Easy Paint Tool Sai. You can download a Trial here: [link] After the trial it costs about $50 or so to buy the program if you like it.
Those are the programs I've tried. There are others, like OpenCanvas, but I have no experience with them.
