I colored this [link] lineart by *PrincessElemmiriel because I think It is AWESOME! And also because I need practise
I like how the colors turned out and thanks ~Em-E-chan for tips on background and *struckdumb for bg texture

An off white brown would be good. Something reminiscent of old book pages or parchment.

I was just thinkin' cause the majority of the picture is that color. What might look neat is if you use a (free stock photo there's plenty just google them.) image of a old book that's been opened or a parchemtn paper. You could make it look like it's in the book or on the page. Just a thought.
