Okay, maybe the title is a little misleading, they don't actually fight... but they might!

Anyway, a little quick animation I did yesterday that started out as a whim. I wanted to practice a composition and staging by and positioning elements and characters on the screen to create a dark, intense mood. In fact, this wasn't even supposed to be animated! It was more like a story board or animatic at first and I was going to leave it there. But between breaks, I kept going back to it and adding more and more frames. The results was such.

There's no real story behind this one. You can make up one, if you like! After drawing Geoffrey recently I wanted to add him in something again. His crossbow made me think of Shadow for some reason.
