Okay, maybe the title is a little misleading, they don't actually fight... but they might!Anyway, a little quick animation I did yesterday that started out as a whim. I wanted to practice a composition and staging by and positioning elements and characters on the screen to create a dark, intense mood. In fact, this wasn't even supposed to be animated! It was more like a story board or animatic at first and I was going to leave it there. But between breaks, I kept going back to it and adding more and more frames. The results was such.
There's no real story behind this one. You can make up one, if you like! After drawing Geoffrey recently I wanted to add him in something again. His crossbow made me think of Shadow for some reason.
I will be posting the video up on Youtube and a non-sub gif later. (If I can find an image hosting site that will upload such a large gif)

You know i really like this, because it looks like a concept of what would happen if Sonic Adventure 2 had characters for the archie comics in it, and Geoffery is taking Rouges place, but adds your own little spin of Shadow finding him there, along with already using guns from that point(never had a problem with that to, especially if Spawn can use them despite his superpowers).
In any case, this is very well done, nice work.
