Whew...Hope I'm not bullshitting too much here. I can't pretend I'm an excellent artist or a great example of lighting skills -- I know so many people that know much better than me. But um... yeah. Hope it helps some people.
If you have any questions or need clarification on something, let me know in a comment and I'll try my best to answer. And if you have extra tips or corrections about something that you think is wrong, tell me! I'm eager to learn :3 Again, I'm not an art teacher, I don't know everything!

ALSO put some red in cheeks and ears too, and purplish around eyes. It'll make the skin look like skin. I didn't do it in my examples 8D
