I am your mother, child. I know when you are lying to yourself. You do enjoy my company after all, don't you..?Looks like little Tsu-maru is still having trouble accepting her mother when they're together. She can be a little brat sometimes.. But only because she's got something to hide. And when that something comes out, she can be such a precious little thing. And really, who wouldn't want to call someone as lovely as Sakura their mother if they were in a position like Tsu-maru's?
This was a sketch I doodled one day while out at the park, that after scanning, proved far too light to show off. So I brought it into Photoshop and gave it a fairly quick lineart job. Took a biiit longer than planned, but nevertheless, this is considerably better than the sketch I'd drawn. The recipient really seemed to like it, enough to ask that I post it here on dA. Hope you guys like it, too!

When is Tsu never adorable? It sure isn't in this picture. I love the look on her face that is just trying to hold her smile back but it isn't working at all. I think we all know what else can bring a smile to both of those cute little faces heheh.
Nice work yet again with the art, I'm glad that these characters continue to get love.

Yeah, the first rendition of her was piss-poor, and the next, while better, wasn't quite there. The bangs were removed for the final version, and her face made more rounded. Now she kinda looks like her little girl... As she should

At first I thought the Tsu's mouth was the only thing I didn't like about this pic. It was supposed to look annoyed when I pictured it based on your description. But now that I see it. She's trying not to smile. x3 Failing..

It was my original intention, too, to make her look annoyed (and forcing it, of course), but she looks like she just might be happy to be there next to her mommy :3 I'm glad you like it so much, real surprised. Thanks a lot.
